Quite secluded could here birdsong just opening a window

A little overpriced for what was there looking tired and in need of a bit of maintenance. Felt layout could be improved. Needs shelf or something in the bathroom to save bending down for toiletry bags

The Hayloft is a special place, just as in the pictures, comfortable and nice to come back to at the end of the day. It's out of the way (you need to drive everywhere) but we were happy with that. The owner and her dog were friendly and we were able to sit out in the courtyard too. Plenty of storage space and lots of books and magazines to look at if you have the time. A great base to explore Suffolk.

The shower head wasn't great - think it could be replaced - and the agent was unresponsive when I was trying to check what money had been taken on booking (from an account name I didn't recognise). Apart from that, we loved our stay.

Lovely location with very light and airy lounge. Hot shower with good water pressure. Parking good.

The property has seen better days. We would guess that the property was looking rather wonderful when it was done up 8 or 9 years ago but it is now rather tired. The fittings and furnishings were old and dated. The beautiful glass wall secondary glazing has blown and needs attention. We were charged £66 for cleaning which was a significant sum for a small apartment and unfortunately didn’t feel particularly clean. The nightly rate came out at over £210 p.n. which sadly we didn’t feel was good value. This place could be wonderful with some TLC. The photos look wonderful and probably show the apartment at its best when first refurbished.
