Die schöne Lage, die Ruhe, die sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, das sehr gute WLAN (ich habe dort gearbeitet und ohne Probleme auch Videokonferenzen abhalten können), das Bett mit wirklich sehr guter Matratze, die sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit Cosimo, die unproblematische Übergabe am Anfang und am Ende. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Die etwas steile Treppe. Diese hat ein solides Geländer - gleichwohl ein bisschen Gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Einmaliger Blick schon beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Besonders erwähnenswert das Bett war bequem und nicht durchgelegen und sogar mit Auswahl an Kissen.
