I would defenitely go there again, just the place I was looking for...

The house is clean and the view is breathtaking. It is really peacefull and quiet there and only 10 mins drive to LAAX. There is also table football convertible to small billiard and a parking garage (covered) assigned to the apartment. Also one local restaurant within walking distance in Ladir. The WiFi is really good, and the tv has all the Netflix/Amazon etc apps (you still need to login)

The pillows are horrible, soft as air. Don’t get me wrong I’m not the type of person who complains about nuances like this, but believe me they’re odd. There was no snow in the valley when we were there but the road to Ruschein is quite steep and narrow at sections. Uphill/downhill ride in snowy conditions might be tricky.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und verbrachten eine aktive und erholsame Woche im Bündnerland

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen, schönen Dorf. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig, genug Stauraum, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man hat genug Platz. Der Pingpong-Billardtisch wurde von unseren Kindern rege benutzt.

Fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien, nabij Laax

De prijs-kwaliteit van het appartement was perfect. Alles dat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf is voorhanden. De keuken is uitstekend uitgerust. Fijne communicatie met de host! Van de speel/pooltafel is met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt.

Er was niet direct iets dat tegen valt. Het dorpje ligt hoog boven het dal en heeft weinig voorzieningen maar beneden in het dorp vind je alle winkels die je nodig hebt. Ook het dorpje heeft een zgn. Dorfladen.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, alles vorhanden, wunderbar sauber. Gute Betten. Schöner Kamin. Man fühlt sich willkommen.

20 min Autofahrt zum Skigebiet Laax. Aber trotzdem gut machbar.
