“Always Summertime”
This beautiful and spacious condo is just what you need for your next Ft. Myers Beach vacation! It sleeps up to 6 people with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. This condo comes with an amazing gulf view which can be seen from its unique enclosed lanai.
Included with a full kitchen, “Always Summertime” is updated with beautiful quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and shaker cabinets. The kitchen has ample room to cook and a designated eating space with barstools.
Immediately to your left of the kitchen, there is a bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, and a closet.
Down the hallway from the room with the twin beds is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
At the very end of the hallway is a closet that has both a washer and dryer.
Off of the kitchen is the dining and living room, this area has a full dining table fit for 6 and a spacious living room with a TV and comfortable sleeper sofa.
Past the living room is the most unique enclosed lanai where you can sit and enjoy your beautiful gulf view.
Off of the living room to your left is the master bedroom and bathroom. This room has a king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This space even has an amazing walk-in closet as well as a sliding glass door that exits and enters the enclosed lanai.
“Always Summertime” is located in a complex that has both full tennis courts and a pool, the new onsite pickleball courts are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM -12:30 PM. Located two blocks from the condo complex is the Santini Mariana Plaza where there are multiple places you can shop and dine at!
This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle.

Biggest disappointment was lack of infrastructure repairs after hurricane Ian. We used to be able to walk to 5 restaurants from Estero cove condos and now there are zero. Driving to go out to eat more frequently was not fun with heavy traffic . The constant dust and noise from across the street. Was a real nuisance as we had a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony but had to close the glass door on most days because heavy equipment noise and dust for the destruction of the old holiday inn.The units kitchen was nicely equipped but the couch was uncomfortable, dining table high top table annd chairs wasn't good for short people, and the bed in master bedroom was way too high. Almost need a stool to get up on the bed.The swimming pool was called "the no fun pool" by the grandkids " as the rules don't allow for little kids fun, ware toys and noise. We constantly had to ask them to be quiet and don't splash adults in the pool.We won't be back
