Make this quaint and cozy Marina Cay Condo your home base for adventures in the beautiful Flathead Lake area! This ground floor unit is a classic condo that's perfect for 4 people that will spend their time out exploring and enjoying the restaurants and activities this local area has to offer. The kitchenette is great for a quick breakfast before heading out. The bedroom offers 2 queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a combo tub/shower.
Marina Cay Resort offers you the opportunity to stay at a world-class all-season vacation destination. While this unit does not have a water view, you can enjoy dramatic views of Flathead Lake as you walk around the Marina Cay complex. The property is a waterfront paradise, set among the finest of western Montana's spectacular surroundings.
Marina Cay Resort has much to offer beyond the natural beauty and adventure of northwest Montana.
A short walk from the resort is the village of Bigfork, celebrating every season with such special events as the Whitewater Festival, Bigfork Summer Playhouse, the Festival of Arts and yuletide sleigh rides. Bigfork boasts an array of famed art galleries, charming boutiques and award-winning restaurants with a wide variety of culinary delights.
In the winter, enjoy skiing at BlackTail Mountain located just 30 minutes from the condo on over 1000 acres of National Forest, overlooking Flathead Lake. You won't miss the spectacular views as the lodge and parking area are at the top of the mountain, so bring everyone along regardless of skiing ability. Cross country skiing is also available. Venturing just a bit further, Whitefish Mountain Resort, referred to as “Big Mountain”, is a beautiful 39-mile drive. With over 3,000 acres and Ranked #3 Resort in the West by Ski Magazine, Whitefish Mountain is not to be missed. After a great day on the slopes, make sure to stop in town to take in some of the great restaurants and shopping that downtown Whitefish has to offer.
In the summer, enjoy Flathead Lake, Flathead River, and Glacier National Park. Marina Cay rental shop has motorized boats, kayaks, and Stand Up Paddle Boards for rent. Make sure to call in advance so our concierge can assist with these reservations. Flathead River system has three forks, the North Fork (western border of Glacier National Park), the Middle Fork (southern border of Glacier National Park) or the Southern Fork - fish for native Westslope cutthroat trout on all three. Plan to spend a full day at Glacier National Park. Be sure to check out Going to the Sun Road, Lake McDonald and the over 70+ day hikes. The spectacular views are amazing wherever your adventures take you!

The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to have adventures all day. Check in was all online and easy. The property managers went above and beyond and made sure to check up during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly..

Overall…excellent. Two criticisms: 1. unable to get television stations to work. Suggest explicit instructions. 2. shower faucet handle came loose.

Condo was very dated. The cleaning crew was marginal in the condo. Found a lot of hair everywhere. The drain in the sink was very slow. The property around the condo was very nice.
