A charming countryside agriturismo with very friendly hosts.

The hosts were very friendly and charming. We received a warm welcome and felt well looked after. The apartment was the perfect size and layout and we particularly liked the private outdoor space with a view over the hills. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay again if it suited our plans. A really lovely experience!

Great stay in the countryside with large garden to relax or enjoy in the swimming pool

Very welcoming owner, nice garden with the playground area and swimming pool (which we have not used). Location ca. 4 km from the city. Waking up with birds singing and just enjoying the surroundings. Wi-fi working good.

Some minor issues with the water temperature in the shower (either to cold or to hot). I guess the shower system is outdated or just needs some maintenance. Shower also quite small, especially for larger people.

The location was great, very close to the city yet quiet and rural.

Many things were inaccurate in the description of the unit we rented. It was not detached, the bedroom door couldn’t close due to a closet blocking it. There were few toiletries that were refilled only after our repeating request (such as toilet paper, soap). The kitchen was equipped but not for a family. Even the cooking hobs could not work simultaneously so only one at a time. No mosquito nets! And there were tons so this meant we can’t open windows,.

Struttura accogliente situata in una frazione vicino al centro di città di castello.. tranquillità assoluta si dorme benissimo e la proprietà è veramente disponibile ad ogni esigenza non ultimo il late check out che per noi è stato veramente comodo .

Posizione molto bella silenziosa e rilassante nella natura

Non ci è stato detto di una persiana rotta in camera da letto e abbiamo dormito le due notti con la luce che chiaramente fin dalla prima mattina illuminava la stanza.

Location incantevole, pur essendo nei pressi di una strada trafficata, sembra di essere “fuori dal mondo”. Struttura molto carina, ambiente silenzioso e accogliente. La ragazza che mi ha ricevuto alla reception è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Appartamento carinissimo e freschissimo (14-16 giugno bollenti) ho dormito serenamente in un letto comodo e confortevole, cucina ben fornita, tv regolarmente funzionante (non è così scontato che lo sia) grande bagno con doccia e fornito dei prodotti necessari. Giardino e piscina curatissimi e assai apprezzati con l’afa soffocante.
