Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - obiekt położony na uboczu Szklarskiej. Blisko do szlakow, 5 minut do składu Chybotek, 15 na punkt widokowy Złoty Widok. Zdjęcia bardzo oddają wnętrze. Przestronny pokój z kuchnią. Fajna sypialnia i dużą łazienka. Mieszkanie zadbane.do dyspozycji dwa ekspresy do kawy - przelewowy i kapsułkowy. Dostępne kapsułki, herbata. Zostawiono nam również kapsułki do zmywarki. W mieszkanku dostępne są książki i gry dla starszych i młodszych. Koszt za psa w czerwcu 2026 to 120 zł niezależnie od liczby dni. To oceniam na duży plus. Dla mieszkania jest indywidualne miejsce parkingowe.
Generalnie całe mieszkanie było bardzo czyste z wyjątkiem naczyń - szklanek, talerzy i sztućcy. Woda bardzo intensywnie pachnie chlorem. Lepiej pić mineralną. Taras jest bardzo mały i wychodzi na zbocze góry, co nie rzucało się na pierwszy rzut oka na zdjęciach. Ogrodzenie tarasu jest tylko częściowe - dalej rosną drzewka i krzewy. Nie stanowi to problemu o ile nie jesteś z mały psem który spokojnie może przejść przez szpary między drzewkami więc trzeba stale mieć na niego oko. W mieszkaniu nie ma wifi ale zasięg z telefonu był bardzo dobry.
