Nice enough property- no breakfast
We were not told that the building was undergoing renovations. Noise started early.........
Slider was taped shut(safety hazard) and covered with plastic..............We expected some kind of view but not plastic.

This condo is small but well-equipped. They provide 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 2 bikes, a toaster, skillet, and many other items to make the stay very comfortable. We were able to eat most of our meals at the condo since Rosemary Beach's restaurants are extremely expensive.
The bath tub is a bit slippery and one of the knobs on the drawers in the bathroom was loose and came off when we tried to open the drawer. Other than that, the unit is very nicely kept.

Close to the local bars and nice walk along the front.
Lots of building work in Rosemary Beach at the moment - so a little like a building site in places.
