Ocean View Condo Btwn Rosemary & Alys Beach!

Very clean condo with new finishes & fixtures. Upscale from top to bottom with great attention to detail. We knew from the moment we walked in how lucky we were to have gotten a room this nice! Relaxing view of the turquoise water in the distance makes you feel like taking a nap. Large balcony is well appointed with comfy wicker chairs and very soft pillows along with small table lamps for ambiance in the evening. Bathroom fixtures, countertops, and shower were completely brand new and very nice! Mattress topper was high end and total luxury!

Mattress under topper was a tad soft for us, but overall still comfy.

The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and the host/hostess was very kind and communicative. The location is ideal for shopping and beaching.

I can’t think of one thing that I did not like about the property.

Great location. Host provider had excellent communication skills. Newly renovated so very clean and had all the items and instructions necessary for a successful stay.

Building was still under construction and should have been disclosed in the listing and discounted for inconveniences like no laundry room, noise, and construction debris. Some noise during the day with the lift and drilling/sanding. Also not a true studio condo but converted motel room. Had a good size fridge sink and microwave but lacks cooking range or in unit laundry.

My studio was perfect for me. It had everything that I needed and was in a perfect location.
