Location excellent for town centre. Has a lovely back garden with lots if seating & a great table to dine outside. One larger bedroom & one smaller bedroom, simple decor with latch door handles. Comfortable beds, beautifully clean bed linen, big fluffy towels. Bath with shower, again very clean. Lounge Comfortable but not huge leading through to kitchen diner. Well equipped kitchen, dining table in front of French windows which was very pleasant to eat at. Small utility room & downstairs toilet. Small touches: fresh flowers, tea/coffee, milk, orange juice & shortbread to welcome you! Wonderful touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again.
Slightly awkward to all watch TV together, couch side on to TV. Very small issue.

This is a lovely cottage. Spacious, beautiful garden, well equipped, comfortable, short walk in to lovely Tenterden. Wonderful all around.

Clean and well furnished cottage with pleasant garden and good facilities. Within easy walk to town centre and pubs and restaurants.
