Translating to Under the Birches, the name of this three-bedroom cottage says it all! Enjoy family time on the expansive lawn, having some fun with the available lawn games!
Indoors here at Unter Den Birken, a homely living room waits for quiet afternoons curled up with a book, or an evening snuggled up on the couch. Complimentary WiFi is on hand to keep you connected throughout your stay, and on a winter getaway the wood burner offers toasty warmth and cosy ambience.
Three bedrooms at this Greytown accommodation comfortably sleep up to five guests. A modern bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, offers the conveniences for your stay.
You’re certainly not far from the activities and sights that attract visitors to Greytown when you stay here at Unter Den Birken. In fact, you’re right in the centre of town! It’s less than two minutes walk to the main street for cafes and shops, and the Cobblestones Museum is just 15 minutes away on foot. The Greytown playground and a large park are also just five minutes walk up the road.
The Greytown-Woodside Trail is nearby and ideal for cycling and walking, and if you fancy tasting some of New Zealand’s finest wines, 20 minutes in the car will have you in Martinborough where vineyards, trendy shops and cafes await. Also, the new winery in Greytown, Alexia, opens their tasting room in October!

The house is perfect for a relaxed holiday. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there.
