The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Excellent place and experience! Only issue was a broken elevator the day we arrived and left which was tough with all the equipment.

Beautiful property. Unit was high end furnished and stocked with more items in kitchen and laundry than most. Loved black out blinds but still lots of windows to let light in. We definitely would stay there again if we ever go back to Steamboat.

Overall we had a great stay! We did have an issue with the parking situation as we were mis-guided to believe that there were more parking passes for our 7 person group. This definitely should be clear on the listing that there is a maximum of 2 cars.

We had a great time stying at the Sheffield II. Plenty of space for our party of 8. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, stocked and ready to use. The ski shuttle picked up and dropped off right outside our door. The only downfall was that we had a few different cars as we were a group of extended family all coming from different areas. The garage was great for our use with the parking pass, but parking for the other cars was very tricky.
