A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 liner in each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

My sister and i celebrated our bday together her 53 me 61 the place was clean smelled cleaned and to boot the staff was amazing and sooo friendly from texting me to ask if everything was ok and if i had any question to contact them yes i will most likely come back again!!

This is a great place, very affordable and in a very good location. The management company was beyond great, especially that we had a more delicate situation where our previous accommodation didn't work and we needed to find something urgently, they were very helpful. My only concern about this unit was the pretty soiled carpet from the bedrooms and the area rug in the living room, other than that very nice place with very comfy beds.Thank you!

We had a lovely time in our favorite neighborhood. This is the third time we have chosen this complex and it's for good reason. So convenient to everything. This unit has the most comfortable beds and pillows. Very straight forward (nothing superfluous) and easy to settle-in to.
There is very little privacy in this unit because of it's location & my only negative is that no coffee was provided. I would have loved to have had at least 1 or 2 to start our first morning after our late arrival the previous day.
