About this house rental

A beautiful house with exposed stone interiors, located in the center of a small village in the Pyrenees with no through traffic.

The perfect house for relaxing with family or friends
going for walks
working remotely (we have fiber-optic internet)
or getting together with coworkers after a construction project

It’s very cozy and suitable for one or two families.
It features:
2 bathrooms (shower, bathtub, and separate toilet upstairs; walk-in shower and toilet on the first floor)
3 beautiful bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen-size beds
1 bedroom / game room in the attic with 1 sofa bed
We’ve set up a reading room with a chaise longue and an armchair upstairs
Beautiful, spacious dining room and modern, fully equipped kitchen

Outside, you’ll find lounge chairs and patio furniture; a barbecue is available for your use.

This property is ideally located in the heart of the Pyrenees (20 minutes from Luchon and 30 minutes from Peyragude and Baqueira)
There are activities for the whole family. The house is next to a recreation center, an adventure playground, and a water sports center...
There are numerous hiking trails right outside the house (Spain, Luchon, etc.)
Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy themselves to their heart’s content along the banks of the Pique or the Garonne; you can get there either by bike or on foot.
A greenway runs right past the house; it’s accessible to everyone since the path is flat.

You’ll find all the accessible hiking trails listed in the hiking guidebooks available in the library, along with board games...

Nous étions 2 familles à séjourner à Chaum. La maison est conforme à la description et beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Evelyne qui nous a accueilli est sympathique et Valérie envoie des bons conseils par mail. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine ensoleillée à la station des Mourtis. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement!

Nos ha encantado la estancia en este tranquilo pueblo, la casa esta genial, amplia, cómoda, reformada, no falta detalle. Evelyn muy atenta y amable, vive muy cerca. Nos dio la posibilidad de contactar con ella en caso de tener cualquier necesidad. Un lugar para repetir sin ninguna duda. Volveremos
