Sehr funktional und für uns zwei sehr passend. Netter Balkon dabei. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fand es super, das er bei der Ankunft kurz vor Ort war. Wir würden die FeWo wieder buchen

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, nah am Meer Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet und zweckmäßig, Bett komfortabel
Sauberkeit lässt leicht zu wünschen übrig, sehr viel Staub, wenn man genauer hinschaut

Die Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße in Steinhude ist nicht günstig. Es ist durch den starken Straßenverkehr laut. Dazu kommen natürlich die lauten Geräusche der Übungsflüge die die Bundeswehr dort ständig durchführt.
Die Doppelbenutzung de Balkons ist nicht günstig. Besser wäre es den Balkon , von mir aus zu erhöhtem Preis, an einen Mieter zu vergeben.
