Zniszczone meble ogrodowe, nie działający zamek w łazience, brudne okna w salonie, brak papieru toaletowego, brak zestawu do kawy i herbaty poza czajnikiem i filiżanką, brak wina szampana na powitanie, pajęczyny w narożnikach, nie domyte jacuzzi

Lokalizacja, blisko do jeziora, śpiew ptaków, balia i sauna.
Brak intymności na tarasie i w ogródku, siedząc na tarasie widział nas sąsiad obok, spędzając czas w balii na ogródku również byliśmy widoczni przez sąsiadów i osoby spacerujące czy jadące drogą co powoduje duży dyskomfort. Za tę cenę oczekiwaliśmy czegoś więcej. Brak zamka w WC, w kuchni brak patelni i plac zabaw obok domku bardzo zaniedbany. Brak klimatyzacji na poddaszu bardzo dokuczał, był wentylator który nie radził sobie z temperaturą na górze.
