With such a home base on a quiet, dead-end street (a rarity in the Spring Mountain Ranch community), you'll be treated to nearby walking trails that trace the golf course and community amenities that include a heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a tennis court.

The open floor plan on the main level is ideal for spreading out comfortably while still being close to your family and friends. Unwind in the living area as the cook of the group makes wonders in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room boasts two sofas, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services. We know what you're thinking: movie nights will be a delight here. The kitchen is inviting and well-equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave) and an island with four high stools. The dining table adjoining the kitchen seats up to six people, but there's always the option of dining al fresco on the expansive deck. This deck features an outdoor dining area and a private gas grill. Yes, it's time to show off your grilling skills. When the sun sets, take advantage of the chimney firepit and gather around to tell the most hilarious or spooky stories while roasting s'mores.

Back inside, this level features the main bedroom with a small flatscreen TV, an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room, and another full bathroom. Climb up the stairs and you'll find yourself in the loft, which has a bed, a sofa, and a convenient two-person table. This level has two other bedrooms and another full bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
