About this house rental

We are located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The property is close to WC Downtown and many other amenities. Safeway, BART station, bike trail and restaurants are walking distance.
This home includes a large gated private front and backyard for 3/4 vehicles and easy accessible off street parking

My wife and I stayed in Ita’s house for about three weeks while our condo was having some remodeling done. We were very comfortable there. The house is older, and in an older neighborhood, but Ita has done some upgrading and remodeling, including kitchen appliances and cabinetry, air-conditioning, and furniture. The living area furniture is very comfortable. There were a few minor housekeeping issues, but those were corrected quickly. Eta was very easy to reach and responded quickly. She even brought over a new toaster herself after I told her that it needed to be replaced.

We were a family of 5 in town for a wedding. The house was perfect! Clean, well-appointed and spacious.

Loved the house and especially the backyard space! Clean, easy, beautifully decorated. Host was always available and very helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
