Centrally located in the popular Mountainside Community, Lucky 12 is ready to give your family a warm welcome! Recently updated throughout, it has lots of fun amenities to keep you entertained and a central location that can’t be beat.
Exceptional outdoor space is a true highlight of this home. The grassy lawn is surrounded by trees giving you a sense of privacy. No detail has been overlooked. Each morning, you can pull up a rocking chair and sip your coffee on the wrap-around deck that overlooks the yard. There are two picnic tables for dining outdoors. Plus, you have a gas and charcoal grill on the covered section of the deck. So, afternoon barbecues are a breeze.
The large grassy lawn has room for the kids to run and play, and it is complete with horseshoe pits. Perfectly designed with relaxation in mind, the lower deck has a lovely sitting area and there is even a hammock for catnaps. Everyone will love the fire pit for s'mores and the bubbling hot tub. Community amenities including a picnic pavilion, and lake access are nearby.

The master bedroom has an odor of sewer gas that gets significantly worse as the heat comes on in the bathroom. The master bathroom seemed to be the main source of heat and the vanity top got so hot, our deodarants melted.... needs a vent cover that you can close. When using the main floor fireplace to the point that the thermostat doesnt call for heat, the downstairs gas firplace doesnt work well enough to even remotly warm that space.

A getaway trip with a group of friends and co workers.It was definitely worth it! The cabin was gorgeous,surrounded by nature to relax and enjoy an evening fire.We would definitely come back here.. Another Bucket List checked off

The bathroom in the upper master bedroom had hair in the shower, water didn’t stay warm long enough and water pressure was terrible.Blanket in the bedroom had yellow stains and the room downstairs had old fingernails on the floor. The house had a lot of kitchen appliances.
