Villa of 290m2 offering a magnificent infinity pool, adjoining a large sun terrace with an exceptional view of the Rhone Valley, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the village of Séguret, classified among the most beautiful in France.
Garden furniture, gas barbecue, deckchairs and shaded petanque court will allow you to take full advantage of the outdoors.
The interior of the house is built around a large living room (kitchen, dining room, TV room). A billiard room is also at your disposal.
The 6 bedrooms are spread over the 3 levels of the villa (2 per floor), which guarantees tranquility and privacy for everyone.
From Séguret, less than 20km away, you can visit Vaison la romaine, Orange, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venise, walk and climb the Dentelles de Montmirail. Cyclists will appreciate being able to leave the house to attack the famous Mont Ventoux.
The Baronnies park, Isle sur la Sorgue, Gordes and the villages of the Luberon, Avignon, Grignan are less than 50 km away... Les Baux de Provence and the Ardèche (canoeing) can be reached in less than 90 minutes.
In terms of transport, the Bollène and Orange exits of the A7 motorway provide quick access to Séguret. By train, the Avignon TGV station and the Orange station are nearby. Finally, Marseille Provence airport is less than 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

Très agréable maison, bénéficiant de tout le confort, idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Séguret, avec une vue extraordinaire.
Les chambres bénéficient de salles de bain attenantes ce qui préserve l'intimité de chacun

Maison tout confort agréable et spacieuse...la vue est à couper le souffle! La taille de la piscine nickel,nous étions 2 familles avec 6 enfants dont 1 petite de 4 et des ados de 16ans.
Les petits comme les grands ont vraiment adoré les prestations de la maison.
Propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactif!
