About this villa rental
June Ville Villa is made up of 3 self-contained apartments and is situated in one of the most sought-after areas in Mellieha - a tourist village in the northern part of Malta, known as the area of Santa Maria Estate, and located in a cul de sac. The property is comprised of spacious rooms, which are furnished with modern and of excellent quality, and is fully equipped with domestic requirements. The Villa offers 5 bedrooms, can be rented as a whole as private accommodating for 10 to 13 persons or as an individual unit for a family /friend of 4 /5 persons or couples. The swimming pool is shared only with 2 other apartments rented only and exclusively to residents holidaymakers, Prices are quoted for the 1 bedroom unit for 2 persons. For the 2 bedroom unit for 4 persons there will be an additional charge of Euro 140 for a whole week for an extra bed/person, Infants under 2 years will not be charged and baby cots and high chair is provided.
All rooms are spacious with Air conditioning(payable separately according to usage) in all bedrooms, bed linen and bath towels are provided, and changed after a week of your stay.WiFi, TV, washing machine, safe deposit box are also available, at no additional cost.
The apartments are on the same level as the swimming pool together with the children’s pool, the pool measure 950 x 500 cm Depth 187 children pool 270 x 270 cm

The property is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and citrus and palm trees a lovely gazebo, and a charcoal BBQ. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and garden furniture for guest who prefers to dine and chill out with a glass of wine.
The owner can be reached at any time if any problem accords,
Transfers or car hire can also be arranged.

The villa was in a good location, nice and clean and the pool was lovely. It was very convenient for the shops and restaurants, and the sea was only a short bus ride away. Public transport is good and Uber and Bolt make it easy to get around without hiring a car. Melita, the host was on hand if needed and happy to help. For us the beds could have been comfier, but all in all it was a good place for a family holiday.

We have just returned after 2 weeks staying at this apartment which was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Melita and Godfrey were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The apartment was fitted out really well and had everything that you could need and the pool was perfect.The only caveat I would make is that access to/from the apartment is down a steep slope although steps have also been added, so not great for people with lesser mobility but this did not detract from the overall experience. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked for next year’

Beautiful and perfectly relaxing! The area was stunning, small walk into the village which was great. Melita welcomed us and was on hand for any information, help etc that we needed. The accommodation and pool area were fantastic, just what we needed for the week in Malta. We’ll most definitely return to see more of Malta.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Juneville. We occupied 2 of the 2 bedroom apartments ( there is also a 1 bedroom apartment) Melita is a very friendly and helpful host and on hand at all times. The apartments were equipped with all we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. You do have to pay for air con via a meter in the living room, both the bedrooms have an air con unit in them. Plenty of room around the pool with sun beds, chairs & tables whether you want to be in the shade or sun. We also made use of the built in bbq a couple of times. The pool is a good size and the water was a good temperature even though it isn’t heated (1st week sept)Juneville is in a residential area and is a little way out. There is a good supermarket about 10 mins walk away and next door to that is a lovely restaurant called Belleview, that we ate in a couple of times. We walked down to the beach via a set of steps and roadways and it took us half an hour. You might want to get a taxi back up though!! We used eCabs as it was an easy app to use - the same as Uber Would definitely recommend Thank you Melita
