The homely feeling, and the amazing family that hosted us.

A bit cramped.

Grocery stores and shops are nearby. Polite and friendly staff. Tasty and generous breakfast for every guest. Easy access to the main sightseeing spots in the old city, including Mtatsminda Church. My room had a refrigerator and an AC, which made the stay even more comfortable. Although I arrived much earlier than the usual check‑in time, they quickly prepared my room. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to rest after the long flights and begin sightseeing feeling refreshed.

Please note that the property is situated on a mid‑hill slope, so carrying your luggage yourself can be a bit of a workout. For those who are accustomed to walking a lot,, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Lovely family run hotel. Only a small number of rooms. Room was large. Breakfast is freshly cooked and so much traditional food.

Bit of a walk to the old town.

The stay has a homely atmosphere. Hostess Manana is brilliant and made a wholesome breakfast acocmodating vegetarian requirements with a full platter instead of limited options. Any concern or help, the family are just a call away and happy to resolve immediately. Even the cat Bhageera is so sweet and friendly. The location is perfect, at a walkable distance to major attractions of the city. Plz note there is no lift but they help you with carrying bigger luggage over the stairs.
