La capacidad para 8 personas y la piscina

Le falta limpieza, no hay utensilios de cocina para 8 personas y la ubicación no está lejos pero hay que andar alrededor de 6 minutos.

El apartamento está genial, a unos 10min caminando a la playa. Tiene 3 terrazas. Y es muy cómodo.

Falta mantenimiento,no tenía cortinas, el extractor de la campana de la cocina no funcionaba, la piscina estaba cerrada por avería y no nos avisaron.

Las terrazas y el tener dos plantas con dos dormitorios cada una es perfecto para dos familias con hijos. Menaje y electrodomésticos muy completo.

Que no tenga vistas al mar. Aunque al ser altas y amplias y verse la montaña tampoco están mal.

The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the beach, use of a shared pool and tennis court and the outdoor space is excellent. The rooftop terrace faces west and was perfect for watching the eclipse, there is a shade over the downstairs terrance to allow eating outside. The AC was good but needs maintenance as the machine in the lounge was dripping badly outside and also on the inside. Please see below for other maintence issues. We enjoyed a comfortable stay but the maintenance issues took the edge off this visit for us.

There are serious issues due to lack of maintenance - during our stay part of our group got locked out on the rooftop terrace and we were able to release them. Tip: do not shut the patio window while you are outside upstairs. We reported a broken door handle to the upstairs bedroom on day one which was not fixed. On departure day, half of our group was at the airport while others were stuck in the bedroom due to this broken door handle. We messaged the agency and received an AI response, we called the emergency number which rang and rang with no voicemail. A human messaged after 12 hours so it was lucky that the members of our party were released by a child. Other maintenance issues are no extraction in the kitchen (mentioned in an earlier review but not repaired), no extraction in the bathrooms, outdoor light not working, pulley for the outdoor shade is broken. A simple instruction sheet on how to enter the building would be good. There are two buildings and we went up the wrong one first . This apartment is in building 2. It felt a bit like an "escape room" working everything out. You need to use a key to use the lift from the underground parking lot, you need a key to return to your room and to access the pool. The key to enter building 2 often got stuck in the lock and we relied on other guests to help us. I do not understand why this information was not issued either by a sheet on arrival to collect the keys or via the digital message sent which was lacking in details. I had messaged to ask about the times that the pool was available and did not find out until standing outside the pool area and reading the message on the door. I also asked if we could hire tennis rackets locally - received no answer to this " the team have been notified of your request". You cannot hire them locally so if you want to play tennis take your own.
