the bed and location was nice (you had a bus stop in front plus two tube stations near you) and there was a sainsbury supermarket opposite the accomodation
the window blinds and the toilet seat were both broken; the room itself was boiling (august summer season) ; toilet paper was provided but it was very, very thin so I had to buy my own; and the shower was quite dirty and definitely needed a deep clean

Took a while to get my keys. The guy on reception had no idea and could barely speak English.
