Cosy little apartment with super nice and helpful host

My 16-year-old daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay. The house was very comfortable for the two of us and felt like a cozy home away from home. Giovanni is an incredible host, his warmth and hospitality truly made our trip special. The location is perfect for those traveling without a car. It’s an easy, scenic 15-minute walk from the train station, and the surroundings are simply breathtaking. You have the lake, the mountains, and even a stunning waterfall nearby. We also found it very easy to explore the rest of the area; we took the train to Varenna and the ferry over to Menaggio with no trouble at all. The highlight, of course, was waking up to those spectacular lake views every morning. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

The only thing I would change is the weather! It was mostly cloudy during our stay, but I suppose I can't blame Giovanni for the clouds! :)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Toller Blick auf den See, sowohl von den zwei Terrassen aus als auch aus der Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bellano ist fußläufig nach ein paar hundert Metern zu erreichen.
