This breathtaking estate is the ideal holiday spot for a picturesque and relaxing holiday in the island of Chios.
Ideally located in "Kampos" which is protected by UNESCO due to its architecture and historical significance, the property is located 800m from the nearest beach and 5 km from the city center the main port and the airport. The estate itself is protected from the ministry of culture and has been covered by numerous national TV shows, as its considered an “exceptional historical monument” and provides its guests, with a captivating feeling due to its Genovian inspired design and magnificent location. Feel the luxury and sophisticated living style of the past, enjoying amenities & facilities of today.
This unique building is part of a beautiful orchard of 11.000 sqm, cultivated with 400 orange, tangerine and olive trees. Also, you can find bicycles at your disposal for spontaneous bike rides around the wall protected tangerine orchards of magnificent Kampos. Needless to say additional amenities can be provided by request such as a private chef, guided tours in the island and daily maid service at very reasonable prices. Additionally, we can provide our guests with car rentals, speed boats or sailing boat rentals, a recommended option for exploring the crystal clear seas and some spectacular lonely beaches of Chios.

We scheduled a family pilgrimage to Chios and I always wanted to experience Campos. 11 of us stayed at the mansion. The mansion and property were amazing. The mansion is large and more then accommodated us. Rooms, baths, kitchen all updated, air conditioned, clean, etc.
The grounds were just incredible. All kinds of historical things to see. Outside was very spacious and included a swimming pool that the kids liked and orchards to explore. The mansion is close to the beach and town and was a good central spot to experience the rest of the island.
Just can’t say enough!,
