The space
Very spacious 1200 sq foot condo with 2 balconies, air conditioned rooms. Master Bed is equipped with Eastern King luxurious firm bed, Bedroom equipped with Queen luxurious firm bed and 3rd room with a comfortable sofa bed that you can use as a day bed.
Guest access
Parking is secure and has a carport structure protecting your vehicle form the elements. Taxis are located just outside the complex and public buses are frequent off the main highway. Ubers frequent the area to take you to the Golden Zone and to Nuevo/Puerto Vallarta.

Property was nice overall
We had a huge problem gaining access to the Fonda. Firstly. Our fulgurite was 2 hours late which we communicated to our host so our arrival to property. The physical address or the property was not easy to. Find. Host was not answering phone.
Later I saw an email that said key would be at guard tower
So we went to guard tower to ask. They said there was no key and did not offer any assistance to help
Still no communication with the host more that an hour had past.
I could go on and on
Bottom line we waited more than 2 hours trying to access condo
The host needs to have more communication about the check in process
One of the beds was broken. I had to fix it temporarily and reported to host
The a/c had been switched off. Not a big deal but there should have been instructions to that effect so we did not have to contact host about it and wait for a reply
Lastly the hos accused us of stealing a remote control for the ceiling fans. NOT TRUE !
An instruction sheet of all that information should have been left for the guest to read and understand
The property is very nice. The host could do a lot better to communicate all information about the condo and how things operate
