My foursome took advantage of a house on VRBO for a long weekend golf trip. Could not have asked for better accomodations. We all agreed that when we come back we need to stay at the Benjamin again.

Rooms were nice size, lots of amenities, comfortable and quiet. The house had a musty smell when we first entered and continued throughout the stay. I can understand why they don't allow pets because of allergies. Parking is not ideal.

The house was great for our stay. It was very clean and cutely decorated. No driveway but there was always a place to park directly in front of the house.

This house was charming. We were there for two days and it met all are needs. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and check in process. Close to everything in West Baden and French Lick. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very cute house with 3 bedrooms that was very clean and well stocked. On street parking and hilly but a nice morning walking workout! Lots of great information for restaurants etc provided by owner and a nice basket of snacks!

We went to French Lick for a long weekend. We went to nearby areas (water park, caves, playgrounds). The house was in a good location for those activities. The house has been updated but there are tiles on the floor that are loose in the kitchen and microwave was loose and needed to be screwed into the wall some more. The house next door is under construction so there was some noise related to that during the weekend. There was a nice welcome package from the owners and they did a great job of communicating! Thanks for opening your home to us.

This was our second time to stay at the Benjamin. We love how clean and spacious it is for our family. We have been to French Lick two times now for cheer competitions and this house couldn’t be more perfect for us! The owners are very friendly and helpful and extremely easy to communicate with!

Three of us ladies in our 60’s stayed at this cute home for a girls weekend and had a great time! Very clean, comfy beds, good hot showers. Loved sitting in the living room chatting, playing cards. It is a renovated 100 year old home, so floors are a bit unlevel, front steps could use a handrail for us older folks :) Weather was damp & chilly so we did not use the outdoor space but it looked very inviting! As advertised, you can see the gorgeous West Baden Springs hotel from the front window. Younger or more agile people could walk to it but it is a very steep incline! Didn’t bother us as both hotels were so close and we drove and had no problem parking. Thanks for a great weekend away!

The Benjamin provided the perfect location for our girls’ getaway weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of street parking. The house was just as described and provided ample space for 5. Loved that it was a quick drive to West Baden Resort for coffee and to French Lick to eat.

We usually stay at West Baden, but decided to rent a home this time instead. Everything is well appointed and the owners were very thoughtful. My daughter and her family enjoyed our stay as well as myself. I would say it is an older house that has been fully renovated, back deck was very nice for a cool evening around the fire pit. Kitchen was well appointed and many spices there for your use. I would say just two things, because it is older it does smell musty at the initial entry but when your in there I couldn’t smell it and also I would maybe put Kleenex in the bathrooms for quick make up fix etc. there were specific wash cloths for make up so that was nice but just quick fixes Kleenex would have been perfect. Would we stay here again? Absolutely we would, very kind owners, very close to everything, very quiet home away from home!

Very cute house on a quiet street. The house is extremely well stocked. There is a small basket of toys, a pack in play, and a small high chair. My kids didn't even touch the toys that I brought for them! The kitchen has anything you may need, laundry detergent, extra bedding, etc. My son is already asking "When we go back to Indiana can we stay in the same house?!" Hope to be back next summer!

I stayed in town for a conference and needed a place near the hotel since they sold out before I could reserve my space. Found this lovely home within walking distance to the West Baden Hotel. My stay was great. And the host even had shampoo and conditioner, thankfully, because I had been accustomed to staying in a hotel and didn't bring any. If I were coming in as a group to the conference, I would absolutely look at booking this house instead for my group -- More economical and provides greater opportunity to socialize. Highly Recommend.

It was comfortable and clean. Love the back deck with fire table. Wish check out was at 11 instead of 10. That’s a little early for a checkout time. Also communication a little slow hearing back when I had questions. The host seemed suspicious of us and asked us for a summary of why we were coming. She also asked others about me and inadvertently sent it to me. That seemed a little odd and made me uncomfortable although I understood she’s had unruly guests. I’m sure not going to pay for a place and then cause damage. But overall we loved our family time.
