This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bringing your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $1250 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

This location was convenient for our golf holiday! We went with another couple so the two master bedrooms with ensuites was the perfect setup for us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Found some pickleball courts nice and close by as well!

Two master bedrooms and three guest rooms. Pool is larger than a dipping pool like most rentals, you can actually swim. The pool maintained a perfect temp for swimming even during the cold snap! The kids were swimming and we were bundled up in parka's and blankets.
It's not as close to Disney as we usually prefer but not too far away to be annoying.
Plenty of space.
Plenty of dishes and drinkware.
Nice selection of pots and pans.
Nice little play area in the garage for the kids.
Up-to-date appliances.
Good WiFi.
All in all, had a great time and I would stay again.
