• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

To start off with... there's allot of construction going on inside this building to multiple units. Boxes and materials in the lobby and hallways, large carts you have to navigate around in the hallways, and the carpet and elevators have visible construction mess due to workers not cleaning up behind themselves. Understandable...but not a good first impression for a guest. Our unit had a strong smoke odor as soon as we entered and there were dirty handprints on the bathroom walls. Again not a good first impression. One of the two TV remotes didn't have batteries but luckily the other remote controlled both TVs. I called customer services for Hosteeva and they took my concerns but never communicated back as they said they would, nor did anything get addressed during our stay. Other than that I would say the unit was pretty clean but very basic. The noise level was expectable IMO for the area and we really didn't have any other issue during our stay. The check in process is totally separate from VRBO, and even though you give your payment information through the VRBO website you have to again give all of your payment and personal information to Hosteeva (the host). I actually called to make sure I wasn't going to be billed twice. The rest of the check in process felt like I was trying to buy the place and not just stay a couple of nights... waayyyy to intense for me! After this experience I'm thinking staying in a hotel is a much easier (and affordable in many cases) choice.
