The friendly homeowner couple always takes of their guests and strives to ensure that nothing is missing. In front of the house crosses the main road of the village and after 20 meters it can be reached the sea. The pebble beach is suitable for families.
The house is located almost on the edge of the village of Milina just accross the uninhabited island Alatas and only 30 meters from the beach, which is separated by the local road. Milina is the gateway to the South and South East Pelion. From Milina you can reach towards east Platanias and Mikro as well Katigiorgis, at south you can reach Trikeri Agia Kyriaki and the small inhabited island Trikeri. A trip there is highly recommended.

The studio is located on the ground floor. The studio has a loft with a double bed (about 12.5 square meters), which is accessible via a wooden stair , the main room (approx. 24.50 sqm) has a kitchen corner ( standard equipment ) and dining table, a pull out sofa bed , shower / WC and a large veranda ( 18 sqm ) with garden furniture and with beautiful sea view .
