Es una área verdaderamente de descanso (Reglas no ruido ni desorden ) es área segura ya que hay varios portones de seguridad para llegar al departamento. La playa cercana es linda.
Demasiadas reglas un tanto estresantes (consumo de energía eléctrica costo aparte, sacar basura, etc). Sus camas son incómodas y duras a nuestro gusto para el descanso. El resto de dueños de departamentos, la mayoría gringos, no son amables.

Excelente lugar y ubicación en Mazatlán. Cervical de muchas cosas de mi interés y de los servicios requeridos. Lugar ameno, confortable y de excelente calidad.
