Awesome family vacation with a stress free property!

Everything was great and worked perfect for the 6 of us. We were given the door code before we arrived and had total access to the property. This was the first time any of us used this type of property and it worked out great. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for 3 couples with 3 separate rooms and bathroom facilities that were clean and comfortable. Location wise, it was located in a nice quiet neiborhood with ample parking. Very enjoyable and we will definitely utilize it in the future if they'll have us back!!! : )

I can't say anything any of us would change, They have a hot tub, ample channels on the TV, full kitchen and supply basically everything you need.

We enjoyed our 6 day, 5 night stay very much and didn't want to leave!

The house is beautiful and quiet. Having no in person check-in, but getting a door code was amazing. The property was very clean.

We have no complaints! The host made it obvious they were a phone call or message away if we needed anything but we did not need a thing, they thought of it all!

We had a relaxing getaway in a cozy and cute mountain home near tons of fun and exciting places!

The house was way bigger than it looks on the outside, it was in a quiet area separated from the city but it was still only a few minutes away from anything you would want to do/see/eat. A bonus for me was getting to see some cute cows while in the hot tub too!

We enjoyed the space especially the games and pool tables. Just wish you had Galaga 🙂

Cleaning crew needs to give attention to detail. Blinds dirty, upstairs bath was not clean, had hairs still in it from prior visitors. Bathroom upstairs had no soap at all. There were splatters of something on downstairs bathroom door. I’m not sure you’re getting your moneys worth on your cleaning. A bit confusing on how to get cleaning deposit back. Some info on website not exactly right.

Enjoyable! Plenty of games for the kids to keep themselves entertained.

We loved that the location was away from the main strip but close enough to get to. Even though we brought paper plates and cups, the place was stocked with everything needed to have a home-cooked meal!

Not a major thing but it was disappointing not being able to use the pool table to its full capacity due to the lack of space around the table.

The propert was in a nice neighborhood ,the Kitchen was huge and that was a pluse. We bought food to prepare everyday and that and the space accommodated the preparation for the cooking. The beds slept comfortably and our son and grandchildren loved the gameroom and the surround speakers.We really enjoyed the stay.

The beds were very comfortable. My family was super excited about the arcade game machine- we could play Pac-Man and Mario kart and any other thing we wanted with all those available different games. We were close to Dollywood which was great. It was a quiet neighborhood, as well.

Excellent for all, my kids especially enjoyed it.

I loved the location. We had some close neighbors but didn't hear anything from anyone. We were far out enough to feel "away" but close enough to everything that it wasn't a burden to drive.

Maybe more pillows would be the only thing I could think of. If we didn't have so many people staying, it wouldn't have been an issue at all. Or maybe include in the information for guests to bring their own.

Great Find!

I cannot say enough about this property. My stepdaughter and I came for a girls weekend. The facility was close to downtown Pigeon Forge and we did not have to climb a strep hill to get to the property. The property was very clean and on a quiet area. There were so many amenities - more than I expected!
