Good location

We booked a double room for two adults, we were given a twin with beds put together, which I can understand but what I found weird is that we had two separate blankets. The room was quite cold on arrival and the shower was only lukewarm, which after a day of skiing was quite disappointing. The included breakfast was very poor and over all for €170/night I would have expected a little more. One thing that particularly bothered me was that the check in was from 4pm but the check out by 10.30am.

the room we stay is totally different from the picture shown when we book it, we talked to the staff, they give another room to us for choice, but still no relationship with the picture, can not expect such kind of things happened.

Good hotel, but a little expensive for what it offers

Breakfast buffet was good: there were several tasty options. Beds were comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

I booked a room with balcony, but there was no balcony at all. Also, the room lacked a big wardrobe. There was one, but was actually too small. The elevator is a little too old and probably needs seeing to.

Very good

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choice. The evening meal is great value for money and the dishes were excellent local specialities. The bar is a true wooden baita and very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished in the same wooden baita style.

Unfortunately the 2nd night the restaurant was closed for maintenance, although this gave us the opportunity to eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants near by.

Staff was really super friendly and allowed us in even before start of check-in as we arrived earlier and room was already clean. Room was clean and bed super comfy especially after long day on the slopes. Nice view.

Thought we couldn’t hear our neighbors in their rooms, we still were able to hear voices and sounds in the hall. But we didn’t find it annoying.

Non mi è piaciuto che abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla per 3 persone e al momento del nostro arrivo non era disponibile. Ci hanno dunque dato due doppie, ma di qualità nettamente inferiore rispetto a quella da noi prenotata, facendoci pagare la stessa cifra

La colazione era okay

Ho prenotato una camera per due persone, ma al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati in una stanza già molto piccola che conteneva anche un letto a castello, il quale occupava praticamente tutto lo spazio rendendo la camera scomoda e poco vivibile. La finestra era rotta e non si chiudeva correttamente: entrava molta aria fredda e il riscaldamento era insufficiente. Dopo aver segnalato il problema alla reception, inizialmente non sapevano come intervenire; successivamente un membro dello staff è venuto a controllare e la “soluzione” è stata chiudere le persiane e mettere degli asciugamani nelle fessure della finestra. Inoltre, al momento di asciugarci i capelli ci siamo accorti che la presa elettrica era completamente sfondata. Abbiamo provato con un altro asciugacapelli, ma le prese non funzionavano comunque. Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due materassi separati, con il risultato che si sprofondava al centro, e per finire avevamo anche due piumoni separati, cosa poco confortevole per una coppia. Nel complesso, esperienza deludente e ben lontana da quanto ci si aspetta.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima

Non è una struttura da 3 stelle. Si vede la non buona manutenzione. Cose abbastanza vecchie e rovinate. Dopo la pulizia non prevista, abbiamo trovato la porta non chiusa a chiave, quindi facendo forza, chiunque poteva entrare. Hanno spostato e sistemato anche i pigiami. Non è stata una cosa che mi sia piaciuta.

La struttura è stata da poco ristrutturata nella parte esterna, purtroppo però li.. Le camere non sono minimamente state rinnovate, e godono di un arredamento molto datato se non per il box doccia cambiato da poco. Visto il prezzo complessivo del soggiorno mi aspettavo molto di più!
