Great location

Great location. We had a few issues at this property but the owner and staff were quick to sort most of them out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is a very tied property, with small bathroom and kitchen. Very basic.

An overpriced, unhygienic, and unpleasant experience that completely ruined our holiday.

The location was the only upside to this property.

The bathroom was filthy with mould and blocked drains, the shower overflowed and took hours to drain, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and there was a window with no curtain looking directly into the bathroom and bed, leaving us with no privacy. The receptionist was also rude and dismissive when we complained, showing no concern for guests.

Super friendly host, everything was arranged quickly and she was super friendly.

The bed was a bit hard, you could feel the mattress a lot.

I knew I wasn't going to a luxurious place, but I would still appreciate better comfort.

The location was very good, just a few steps from the main beach. Even though the building and equipment were very old, everything was perfectly clean. The neighbours in the next rooms were considerate, no one was extremely noisy.

Very, very old building and room equipment, the kitchenette was very poorly equipped, the knife was almost unusable. The bathroom and toilet have not been renovated for a very long time (as well as the whole building and rooms), the toilet seat kept falling on my back. I am used to seeing outdated sanitary facilities in Greece, it is a pity that the owners do not invest in renovation, it would be enough to change the shower curtain, the faucet, the toilet seat... put a towel rack and so, this would not cost a lot of money.

Great value for money

Our host Tatiana was very kind and helpful. She reached out even before we arrived and welcomed us when we got to the house. The location is great - 2 min walking to the beach, 3 min walking to the center with shops, restaurants, bus stop, vehicle rentals, etc. Even though it’s an old house, everything was fresh and clean when we arrived.

The metal construction of the bed was squeaking and screeching with every move of ours. The first night we woke up like 15 times, then eventually we got used to it and woke up only 4-5 times per night. This is an easy thing to fix and I’m sure the owners will take care of it. Another easy to solve issue was with the bath curtain - it’s just 20 cm too short, which defeats its whole purpose and the bathroom was always sunk in water.

Good place for holidays

Villa is located close to the beach and local shops and taverns. Surrounding area is quiet. The host is friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday.

The room needs some renovation. Bathroom is really tiny. Mattress and mattress topper weren't comfortable at all.

Exceptional

We liked everything: the beach is very close (5-7 minutes), all necessary infrastructure too (supermarkets, cafes, bus station). The hostess is very friendly, gives advices, tidies up the room every day and brings hearty breakfast. This vacation has left only good impressions!

the worst thing was that every morning a rooster from neighbourhood woke me up at 5 am. more, a group of birds had nest under the roof of our balcony and every single morning they were realy realy noisy. this totally ruined my sleep every day. so I don’t recommend this place for those who have a light sleep

Very kind and pleasant hostess. Lots of useful information and special welcome with Loukoumades (Greek Donuts with Honey) mmmmmm :) The apartment is very clean. Frequent change of bed linen and towels. Comfortable bed and new furniture. Large free parking. High speed internet in all parts of the yard. Very close to the beach. Near the center. Away from the main road and noise. Large yard with beautiful plants. Four separate gazebos fully equipped (shade, pillows, chairs, ..)

Villa Corfiota was clean and comfortable, comes at a very good price,and the host is extremely kind, and helpful. She made sure, we never run out of honey donuts, clean towels and sheets. The beach is only a short walk away, so is the main street with some excellent taverns, car-rentals, and other programs like ship trips to near islands and beaches. The rooms were air-conditioned, simply furnished, but comfortable and perfect for resting after a long day on the beach. They included bathroom, toilette and even a small kitchen. WiFi was freely available.

Soluzione conforme al prezzo

La struttura è vicinissima al mare, in zona molto tranquilla e ha un parcheggio auto. Anche se l'orario di presenza del personale della reception va dalle 11 alle 15 è stato facile comunicare con loro tramite whatsapp, inoltre sono stati sempre molto gentili e pronti a risolvere i problemi incorsi. Le pulizie sono come descritto ed ogni giorno passano a ritirare la spazzatura e a pulire il bagno. Buono il costo giornaliero

La struttura è vecchia, gli infissi non si chiudono bene ed avendo dei vicini accaniti fumatori sentivamo sempre puzza di fumo, camere sono piccole e nell'angolo cottura è difficile perfino prepararsi dei panini

Ottima la location, a due passi dal mare, dalle taverne e i market. Sono stata qua già tre volte, in camere diverse, tutte silenziose e ben pulite.

I bagni sono un po’ piccoli, con le tende alle docce.
