nice not too big hotel near lake Velence, calm, good breakfast, friendly staff - all you need for a night, OK value for the money

Spotless clean, close to the highway, good breakfast, extremely kind staff, very confortable bed. Everything we needed for our nights if transit to and from Italy.
Common areas a bit outdated, small but very clean bathroom. Nothing important.

The room was pretty good value, we loved the air conditioner!
only a weird smell in the room I think because of the furniture or something.

Helpful staff. Private free parking. Basic accommodation but comfortable. A good restaurant nearby, 5 min walking by the lake.
The water in the shower was only lukewarm, almost cold. Noise from other guests. Ok if you just need a place to sleep.
