Schön,gerne wieder

Die Lage in Westerland-Tinnum ist sehr gut da man schnell am Meer ist aber auch in der Stadt sowie viele Einkunftsmöglichkeitennin der Nähe hat.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet aber es fehlt ein bisschen Gemütlichkeit vielleicht kann man das mit einer grösseren Couch lösen.

fragwürdiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Die Küchenausstattung ist in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden, die Elektrogeräte sind modern. Wohn-/Essbereich war abgesehen von der Couch in Ordnung und entspricht den Bilder. Dem Wunsch einer Nachreinigung wurde zeitnah nachgekommen. Fußläufige Erreichbarkeit Einzelhandel.

Die Wohnung war trotz Freigabebenachrichtigung nicht gereinigt. Toilettenpapier lediglich 1 Rolle für 4 Personen pro Woche. Wohnung bedarf bei dem Preisgefüge einer dringenden Überholung (z. B. Türschloss). Kleines Waschbecken im Bad, Couch unbequem, Fernseher??? in den Schlafzimmern funktionieren nicht. Schlafzimmer recht klein (Dacĥschräge!)
