Blisko do morza, piekarni, sklepów, restauracji, placu zabaw i blisko rynku gdzie odbywały sie klimatyczne koncerty. Super baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia pobliskich miejscowości m.in. Tribunji i Sibienik. Apartament wyposażony w każdy sprzęt AGD. Ważną sprawą była klimatyzacja, która chodziła bez zastrzeżeń. Piękny i klimatyczny taras z widokiem na Morze Adriatyckie. Taras zadbany z piękną roślinnością, która daje chwilę wytchnienia w upalne dni. Właściciel kontaktowy, można sie z nim porozumieć nie znając języka chorwackiego. Apartament posiada WI-FI, rolety zewnętrzne, które można przysłonić od słońca. Apartament posiada również miejsce parkingowe. Możliwość skorzystania z grilla, który jest na wyposażeniu. Apartament posiada też na wyposażeniu leżaki plażowe a także sa leżaki tarasowe. Na wyposażeniu jest również suszarka zewnętrzna na suszenie ubrań.

The parking lot was quite tight but with patience one can manage to fit.
