Our newly furnished basement apartment is just a stone’s throw from Richmond's market place. With only a 5 minute walk to all the local amenities, the River Swale and its picturesque waterfall. You will also find many bars and restaurants within Richmond’s historic centre. However, if a quiet night in is more your style, the apartment comes complete with fully equipped kitchen, washing facilities, along with fast Wifi and a smart TV with Netflix and more.

This apartment is in immaculate condition and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Richmond . It has every amenity you could ask for and it looks brand new . It has a small self contained patio area which is accessed from the living room bi-fold doors . The front of the apartment does look straight onto a ‘main toad’ but it’s pretty quiet and didn’t disturb us at all . Communication was excellent and we’ll definitely use this property again if we need to stay in the area .

Fantastic apartment with all the facilities you could possibly need. Really spacious, very clean & fresh and nicely decorated. Great location with only a 5 minute walk into town.
