Goed geïsoleerd, waardoor geluid grotendeels buitengesloten kan worden als je de ramen dichtdoet. Het is dichtbebouwd en je deelt een tuin met de buren, dus als er kinderen in de tuin spelen kan dat geluidsoverlast geven.
Slecht internet en alleen in de keuken. Communicatie hierover verliep stroef. Daarnaast veel achterstallig onderhoud. Dit werd een aantal jaar geleden al genoemd in reviews, maar is nog steeds het geval.
