The host couple was very accommodating. They exceeded my expectations. I was very comfortable there. Thanks for a great stay!
Also, it should be mentioned that no air conditioning wasn't a problem. The building is very massive. It gets the sea breeze being so close to the beach, and the apartment windows have shutters. If you close everything during the day and open them at night, it stays cool. I think it would take several days in a row around mid thirty (90 degrees Fahrenheit) for the place to get hot.
The only drawback is that the location is a little far from downtown Rovinj. But there are ways of working around that issue.

La gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires et la rapidité avec laquelle Ivan a réglé les problèmes de l'électroménager de la cuisine
L'absence de la climatisation prévu dans l'annonce, le frigo trop petit, l'absence de crochets pour serviettes et d'étagères pour brosses à dents et articles de toilette dans la salle de bain, lumière électrique spartan et les volets de la cuisine qu'on ne pouvait pas ouvrir.

Die Vermieter-Familie ist besonders nett und freundlich. Ich habe mich im diesen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!
Das Panorama bzw. die Aussicht. Balkonwohnung wäre mir lieber.

Ottima posizione, comodità di parcheggio, vicinanza al mare e a diverse spiagge, con servizi e bar.
Cucina e bagno un po' piccini. Si trova a Rovigno, ma per arrivare al cento città c'è una camminata di almeno mezz'ora (sconsigliato spostarsi in auto a causa della scarsità di parcheggi nelle vicinanze del centro storico).
