*The resort facilities are operated by a third-party provider, and an Amenity Access Fee is required to use them.

If you choose not to use the clubhouse facilities, no fee is required.
Please note that access to these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.

- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.

Family enjoyed the home. The pool had some issues the last few days and after contacting through phone and email to tell them they did not fix the pool.

My family of 12 enjoyed our stay at the property minus a few issues. House is beautiful and big enough to accommodate my family. House was clean and no issues checking in. Location is a little further than I expected took us about 45 mins to get to theme parks because of traffic. I do like that they have a resort area with water slide and lazy river however you have to get there early when they open because it gets crowded fast and then you have to wait for others to leave. Issue with refrigerator cooling and maintenance came out next day and fixed that. Issue with pool and spa never was resolved. Paid for heat for pool and spa. Pool reached a luke warm level in daytime but spa never warmed up. Disappointed because we could not use the spa because it was cold even in 80 degree weather outside. Reported it and manager said he was sending pool man and he never showed up. Did not receive refund for pool heat. Game room is nice however it is in a garage with no AC suggest owner add a fan or individual AC unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay hopefully management will get the pool issue fixed for the next guest!

Lovely spacious comfortable villa on a nice resort. Bedrooms are all a good size. Children loved the themed bedrooms and the games room! Nice community with security driving around all the time and main clubhouse was fun although they wouldn’t let my tall 4 year old on the tiny slide which seemed crazy after he rode space mountain a few hours before! We had a great stay but would just like to note we had a few niggles. Upon arrival there was a broken blind on the floor, an external door handle was broken, a few broken kitchen bits and fridge shelves, the pool lights were not working and the bbq we had paid to hire was not working which was frustrating for our first bbq that we had planned didn’t happen. We reported all of this straight away on the number provided. I was told not to worry. The door handle was fixed but we were still unhappy about the pool lights not working at night as my children didn’t want to get in the dark pool and we had all been excited for late night swims. I called 3/4 more times asking for it to be fixed/looked at but as far as I’m aware no one did and no one ever called me back to let me know what the situation was, which would have been appreciated. Also would like to note the appliances were all quite old in the kitchen and the instructions for the oven saying ‘self explanatory’ was not helpful. All in all though we had a great two weeks in the house and thank you for our stay but just wanted to mention these few niggles. Many thanks
