About this house rental
Welcome to Emily House, a family-friendly home that sleeps up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with spacious living areas and a generous backyard with play facilities for the kids to enjoy.It’s a great base for families wanting a base away from the hustle and bustle, but still a close drive to the conveniences of Coffs Harbour and Park Beach.
The renovated kitchen has stone benchtops, a gas stovetop and oven, dishwasher with a breakfast bar seating five. Make a coffee with the coffee machine and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the large timber table in the backyard alfresco area. Or indulge and walk to the popular cafes along Ocean Parade, just 12 mins walk away.
The spacious lounge room has big leather lounges and large TV, opening via sliding doors onto the alfresco dining area and backyard.
Whether on holiday or workcation, this home has plenty of space for the family, or just for couples. Work or study from the home office located in one of the four bedrooms or use the separate dining area with dining table seating 8.
Enjoy a fire pit in the backyard during the cooler months, or relax on the hammock in summer. Walk or drive to the beach – its up to you.

Fantastic property in superb location, we had a great fishing trip, highly recommend this place to others.

The location was great, you are literally a 5 minute drive to the beach, shopping centres and restaurants. Only problem being you are about 15 metres from the train line so we were woken during the night by old trains that go by every few hours. The house was a bit dated but clean. There is only a split system air conditioner in the loungeroom so the rooms get very hot, even with ceiling fans. One room had no fan so we had to buy one from Bunnings. Plenty of bedding and towels, really nice big backyard. A simple gas bbq would be great instead of the big smoker. The clothesline was broken. I tried to use the spa bath and the water that came out of the jets was so bad it stank like it hadn't been used in ages. Apart from that the modern bathrooms and kitchen were great. Huge kitchen with everything you need. All in all we had a good experience just needs a few little tweaks to make it somewhere we'd go back to.
