Outside, an attractive outdoor area awaits you. On the large terraces with good facilities, vacation relaxation almost sets itself. Prepare something delicious on the grill and enjoy entertaining hours outdoors.
A short walk will take you to the beach and you will also find shopping facilities not far from here.

Of corse you should like the silence - but if you do so - it is such a marvellous place :-)

Das Haus ist ein kleines Träumchen in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung mit einem superkurzen Weg zum Strand!
Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und für einen mittelgroßen Hund komplett ausreichend, ihn nicht überwinden zu wollen.
Die Organisation zur Schlüsselübergabe ist perfekt - nur ein ganz kleiner Tipp am Rande: die Wärmepumpe muss aktiviert werden,- das erste Duschbad am Morgen war mehr als erfrischend ;-)
