It is 10 minutes to walk to the Expo center. There is youtube and netflix in the android tv which is important when you are traveling alone to an unknown city for a day. The wifi was good enough. The flat is a house actually. Very clean. With a good view and balcony. Sound insulation was moderate. The owner lady was so polite and helful. She was quite strait too. (my best wishes to her daughter who helped me to communicate in English on the phone).
Finding the flat is a bit challanging because you need to use a chip the open alley doors as well ass the building door. You need to be familiar with their system. Exiting from the block is also challenging because you leave the chip at home and there is no exit without the chip. The owner lady doesnt speak English but very helpful.
