The price is nice. It's quite o.k. if you can live with some inconveniences.

In the heart of the city, shops and market nearby. Close to Cadzand and Breskens, a 15 minute drive. Quite a little charming old city house.

Quite a little charming old city house = OLD. You have to live with many things, like the steep staircase, old doors and windows that cannot be opened. Everything is at least 20 years old and used. Beds, furniture, kitchen. Not modern. Many small things like some lights or switches not working. Only three tea spoons...

In one of the bedrooms there was no curtain / shutters. It was this bedroom which they put me in => it would have been nicer to have one where it stayed dark a little longer.

disappointing stay and high cost for what it was. Would not recommend

This is way over priced for the facility. The light in the living room did not work, you had to make your own beds. Renovated to a very poor standard. Really steep stairs. No wash basin in the toilet downstairs. It smelt dank when you opened the back door. Location in a row of street houses on a main road. Very basic and high cost! Not worth it at all.

Heureusement que ce n était que pour une nuit !

Pas d'explications claires ou trouver la clé, l arrière de la maison n était pas si facile à trouver. Le WC 'n'était pas lavé !!!! Les saletés glisées sous le tapis !!! Il y avait 4 couteaux et 4 cuilleres pour 5 personnes ! Pas de passoire, peu d équipement pour cuisiner. Les fusibles ont sautés quand le lave vaisselle et la bouilloire fonctionnaient. Un divan 3 personnes dans le salon, alors que la location était pour 5 personnes.

Heerlijk veel ruimte,

Tweepersoonsbed was uitstekend. In die kamer een kinderbedje, die hebben we ff weggezet. De lossen bedden hadden slechte matrassen, helaas, zij sliepen niet goed daardoor. Helaas geen TV, Odido had een update gedaan en meneer had de code niet. TV had ook geen mogelijkheden om te streamen, handleiding gebruik gemist. TIP: koop een chromecast, dan kun je wel streamen. Nu muziek via eigen tablet. En vergeet ook daar geen gebruiksaanwijzing hoe te gebruiken.

Degoutant !!!!

De sleutels moesten aan de achterkant van de woning uit een kluisje gehaald worden. Er was gemeld dat de sleutels uit een kluisje gehaald moesten worden maar niet waar dit zich juist bevond ...

ALLES !!!!! De woning was vuil. Vettig in de keuken maar aan alle muren stofdraden. De bbq was niet gepoetst, het terras stond vol onkruid. Er was niet voldoende zitplaats voor 6 personen. De elektriciteitskabels lagen op de grond. Grijpbaar voor kinderhanden en/of dieren. De rookmelders lagen in de kast. Maar vooral de woning is onveilig !!!! Door de vettigheid van het afvoerrooster dampkamp bestaat er brandgevaar. De schakelaars en stopcontacten werden geplaatst voor de oorlog van 14-18 ... Er was op de foto een nette kamer te zien met wasmachine en strijkplank. In werkelijkheid kon je deze kamer niet betreden. Ze was slotvast afgesloten en lag vol rommel. Terrasstoelen stuk, geen zitplaats buiten voor 6 personen. Ook binnen in de sofa is er maar plaats voor 3 personen. Boven lag het vol zand. Kortom, deze woning voldoet niet aan de omschreven voorwaarden en is daarbovenop ONVEILIG !!!!!

Alleen goed om goedkoop te overnachten en weer snel verder !

Enige echte pluspunt was de prijs.

Achteringang moeilijk vindbaar en beetje gribus zooi . Lawaai verkeer voorzijde , oordopjes mee! Slechts een sleutel die op voordeur past , maar aan de achterzijde in sleutelbox zit ?? Achterdeur kon niet open ,evenals rolluik achter. Geen afzuiging in badk. ,dus met meerdere douchebeurten meteen sauna . Geen stopkontakt in badk. Servies/bestek in de vaatwasser. Keukenkastjes vies. Zand in slaapkamervloeren. Bedden waren wel goed. Huis was stoffig.

Das einzige was gut war war die lage

In der senseo waren alte Kaffeepads, in der dusche lagen Haare vom Vorgänger, im Esszimmer lag alles voller Krümmel auf dem Boden. Sauberkeit im untersten Niveau

Dann hätten wir auch in einen verlassen Haus schlafen können

Alles ! Wir hatten das Haus auf den Bildern gebucht und haben eine kleine dreckige Hütte bekommen wir haben 180€ bezahlt für Schimmel und dreck der Anbieter hat sich nachdem ich ihn drauf hingewiesen hab wie dreckig und eckelhaft es hier ist nicht mehr zurück gemeldet Also ich würde euch nicht empfehlen diesen Haus zu mieten weil Cosy war hier nichts . Das Haus hat uns die Laune verdorben .

Prima. Wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig.

locatie is in een rustige omgeving Voor ons is dat prima. En fijn in de buurt van de steden Gent en Brugge. Die hebben we allebei bezocht. Het was conform verwachting. We waren even bang dat toen wij aankwamen alle supermarkten waren gesloten (zaterdag). Gelukkig was de Lidl open. Ook op zondag. Dus prima.

Het huis is wat kaal aangekleed. Geen foto's en geen schilderijen. Buiten ook niet opvallend. Dat voelt in eerste instantie leeg aan en is jammer voor de sfeer. Wij waren met 6 personen en dan is het al snel prima. Alles is aanwezig. Verder is het ook handig om wat folders of info van de omgeving te vinden in de woning. En gebruiksaanwijzingen voor de apparatuur.

Slecht onderhoud, wel in het centrum

Het lag midden in het centrum, dat was ideaal

Veel. Nadat we eindelijk de sleutel vonden via een achterpad vonden we heel veel hondenhaar door het hele huis. Ook op de matrassen! Hele plukken. Prullenbak was niet geleegd. De wc zit los. Zonnescherm in keuken kon niet omhoog, dus geen daglicht. Daar is al eerder melding van gemaakt zag ik in de reviews en daar wordt niks mee gedaan blijkbaar. Tv werkte niet, grote klok staat stil, plank bij de keuken hangt naar voren. Kortom, slecht onderhouden. En cosy... bepaald niet. Heel jammer, want het is een groot huis voor 6 personen met maar 1 bank voor 3 personen en een bbq die volledig verroest is was het voor ons eenmalig. Beheerder wilde wel na directe melding van slechte schoonmaak gelijk de schoonmaker laten komen maar we hebben zelf maar voor schoonmaker gespeeld.

Es war alles da. Wie hatten eine ordentliche Unterkunft für eine Nacht.

Es war nicht sehr sauber: Fenster, Spiegel, Kühlschrank,... Wie waren mit fünf Personen da, ein Handtuch hatte gefehlt.

Preis Leistung ist ok

Der Platz für 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind war klasse. Tolle grosse Dusche allerdings nur mit einem Duschvorhang und kein Fenster.

Bei Ankunft mussten wir erstmal die Spülmaschine leeren. Im Backofen sah man noch was die Gäste zuvor gebacken haben. Stellenweise waren die Schlafzimmer oben staubig. Die Besteckschubladen müssten auch mal gereinigt werden bzw generell die Schränke innen. Das Haus allgemein ist sehr hell hörig aber das ist in Holland meist so. Im grossen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden für diesen Preis.
