Hotel with a lot of charm
Lush vegetation
A patio with a small pond that invites relaxation
Two beautifully designed pools with sun loungers and beds, as well as garden areas perfect for taking a nap. A private beach with sand and calm, crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming, with showers nearby.
Most of the staff are smiling and helpful.
The place is clean and tastefully decorated.

Things to improve:
A QR code to access the menu while at the beach or the pool, even though there’s always a server nearby. Ideally, an app to order would be perfect.
I ordered a fruit platter by the pool — presentation is clearly not their strong point. Given the hotel’s standard, you’d expect better.
A warmer welcome at breakfast — a smile costs nothing.
Too bad the à la carte eggs come with an extra charge.
A more welcoming check-in with fresh towels and a welcome drink.
Someone to assist with luggage upon arrival.

Beautiful gardens & pools & right on the beach. Bikes to hire. Loved the fish pond.
Small bedrooms & balconies.
Pula is small but plenty of places to eat.
Wasn't expecting the sea to be so rough.

The pools, the design of communal areas, tastefully decorated lobby, the ambient scenting, the gardens, the facilities at the beach, the bay, the sea. The whole place is delightful. Good breakfast. Good location, Pula has a lively centre with restaurants, bars and gelato shops.
The standard rooms are very compact. But one doesn’t spend that much time in the room so is ok.
The menu at the beach restaurant is the same for lunch and dinner (except for some salads that are only served at lunch). There could be a bit more variety.

The hotel is beautiful,beautiful gardens and pools and access to the beach is brilliant.The double rooms are very small,I wouldn’t pay the extra for the garden view balcony room as it’s actually a view of the car park and the balconies are attached to the room next door so we didn’t bother sitting out there at all.The balcony furniture is old wooden chairs that are so uncomfortable.
The prices in the bar and restaurant are ridiculously high.You can get Aperol Spritz in Pula is many locations for 5/6 Euro,the hotel charge €14.All drinks are approx 3 times what you would pay in town.The restaurant food is not great,Caesar salad was the worst I’ve ever had,chewy chicken out of a packet.Portions of chips are €8 and a small can of coke for €5 is extortion.The staff in reception don’t want to help you find alternatives for lunch or dinner,they pretend they don’t know about the snack bar just up the beach one way and the Nora palm restaurant up the beach the other way.It is so hard to get a taxi so if you don’t want a 3k walk in and out of town don’t stay here.The roads are dark and deserted and it’s not a pleasant walk.You can hire bikes but again very expensive.
