I rate it top, as I do not compare this appartment to "any" beach appartment in Europe, but obviously to other appartments in the area and within that price range. It's location in Cres is perfect; it is clean, modern, in excellent condition, very comfortable. And the kitchen has been equipped with taste and respect for the traveller (and not just with ugly low quality stuff).
Well, it is small. That is a fact. In the room, the bed is the place to be, not much more to choose. The (separated) kitchen (and table) is perfectly fine for breakfast or a couple of meals. Nobody travels to Cres to eat at home all the time...
