Goede ligging, dicht bij het centrum en toch gratis parkeren in omliggende straten.
Het terras te bereiken via een steile trap, er zijn geen ligstoelen of parasol beschikbaar. Dus telkens het tafeltje verschuiven tegen een muur waar wat schaduw was. Ook geen salon of mogelijkheid om gezellig binnen in de zetel te zitten. Het bed lag niet goed, links en rechts lag de matras door.
