DESCRIPTION
Our apartment is located in the province of Castellón, within the Sierra de Irta Natural Park, considered to be the last 15 km of unspoiled Mediterranean coastline from France to Cabo de Gata, in Almería.
It is 2.5 km from the historic town of Peñíscola, which was, among other things, one of only three papal seats in history.
The apartment is very bright. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed; a bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher); and a living room (with air conditioning and a TV) featuring a sofa bed.
The living room opens onto the lower terrace, which provides access to the upper terrace or solarium. It therefore features two private terraces (the terrace and the solarium) from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the green mountains.
The apartment has everything you need for a dream vacation just a stone’s throw from a place as beautiful as Peñíscola, yet without the noise and inconvenience caused by the huge number of tourists who visit its streets.
The nearest unspoiled coves are just 700 meters away. An ideal spot for nature lovers and those who appreciate unspoiled landscapes who want to enjoy relaxation and tranquility without missing out on cultural and recreational activities.
The residential complex where our apartment is located is nestled in the natural setting of the mountains and features a swimming pool and barbecue area.
It also has tennis courts, though these are charged by the hour.
During the summer months and Holy Week, there’s also a supermarket that prepares takeout meals, a tapas bar, and a restaurant with a large green terrace.
The shopping area is located at the entrance to the residential complex, and that’s where the action is, so the noise doesn’t disturb you from the apartment.
