Super stay for a vacation with friends.

The hotel is in a very good place, close to the beach, SPAR is nearby, restaurant and small shops, barber are very close. The rooms are big for 2 people, with lot of shelves. Also minibar is in the room. Big balcony and big bathroom also made our stay convenient.

The parking area: there is a two-line garage next to the hotel. You have to leave the car’s key at the reception, and the hotel’s owner is changing the cars if your is in the back but would like to go.

The location was great and the view for some of the rooms really good. Breakfast was just okay.

In one of the rooms we booked, the bathroom essentials were used from previous stay I guess and not complete which was not acceptable for a room at this price.

A lovely hotel close to everything

The location is perfect. Within walking distance to the city centre, but far enough to be in a quiet neighbourhood. It is close to really good beaches, with good restaurants. The interior of the hotel is really nice and clean. The room is nicely decorated and modern with all the facilities you can expect. The room is attended to daily and is spotless. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. This is a great and affordable hotel close to great restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre. 24-hour desk service as well.

There is an elevator, but it is small and rather slow, which affects its capacity. A family of 4 might not always be able to ride it at the same time, because of the weight limit and size. Still, this is just a minor detail in the whole of it all.

Quality at a reasonable price

The hotel is located close to the beaches, but nice and quiet in the evenings. Everything is nearby. About 4-5 minutes from the port. There is a lovely terrace at the front to enjoy your morning coffee! The staff are super helpful. Breakfast is good with cereal, cold choices, fried and boiled eggs. And cake👍

Great view in the beautiful part od Sarande

Great location, cosy not too crowded beach and a supermarket nearby. Some parking places at the hotel. I liked this part of the city more than the very central one (promenade) Friendly staff, clean room. Great view from the windows and a balcony. Stable wi fi even for work.

Minor annoying ergonomic flaws: 1. Air conditioner flows directly to your head when lying in bed which is pretty uncomfortable. 2. No towel hooks in the bathroom or space to put your clothes/towels/cosmetics.

valbone's kind attitude was appreciated. as was eriza aiming to please and christiaan's excellent english. the room was cool, spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. there were ample complimentary soaps.

Exceptional

We booked a suite and it was even better then pictures. Room was clean and bed was comfortable specially the pillows. It was on walking distance to the beach and walking street. Many resturants in the area which were open til late night so overall it was worth it.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel but it was more of google maps problem i think. Many roads were either closed or one way n that was not updated on google.

Very modern and nicely furnished. We had a spacious suite but for 4 people not comfortable as it had only 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed which would have been mostly suitable for kids at best.

Staff was nice but not super excited to hear requests. Hotel is located in a congested area if you are driving but offers parking which was super helpful. We thought location would be a problem to walk around the city but not really. It’s a short 8 minute walk to the main boulevard where there are plenty of restaurants and gelato places - wether you prefer something quick or fancier.

Lovely family run hotel! Fantastic location just up from the beach. Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff.

There is limited parking however seems better than most hotels in the area. This is never a massive problem as you can just leave keys at reception and block someone in.

Take it. A Romanian and an Ukrainian loved it

Let’s start with breakfast: it was very good traditional and if we requested for almond milk the lady was very polite and bought for us since next day. The room is good, clean and very spacious. Overall stuff was very friendly and helpful. You go across the street and you find the beach. I recommend this place and Sarande 10x times more than hyped Ksamil expensive and overly populated.

That eventually we had to go home.

Bad services, Romanian cars are all parked in the back, only the cars from Italy are in front of the Hotel

Nice room for the money

A bad experience with the personal who worked for the hotel. In the last evening of our stay(26.07.2023) we were told to move our car(a4 b8)from the space were was parked from the day 1, somewhere in the back parking, to give space for an italian car(Peugeot 2008). Without any question I moved the car but was not feeling good to encounter such a behavior. By the way, I hope you don’t receive such discrimination based on the nationality.

Great stay

I had a deal from booking.com and used it. Hotel is about 5-6 minutes away from a pebble clean beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars about. One can leave the car there and walk in 10-15 minutes to the center, and that counts in the busy streets of Saranda. Hotel itself was modern, clean, comfortable bed. Shower head was amazing. Breakfast plenty. Free parking. Staff friendly. Would I return? Yes, sure. I even checked some dates for August, and unfortunately it was all booked.
